Hackathon: Calendars 2.0
our calendar plugins have thousands of active connections, and yield by far the most frequent (+ passionate) inbound change requests.
from supporting different layouts, to showing or hiding more event details, this is somewhat of a treadmill. we're hoping you can help us hop off. or speed it up. i'm no longer sure of this metaphor.
TRMNL currently supports 3x calendar views:
1. default (agenda)
2. weekly
3. monthly
under the hood, TRMNL uses a FullCalendar commercial license to render weekly + monthly grids. it's an excellent tool with a lot of options, but we've held back on enabling many of them to ensure mass appeal.
until now.
beginning immediately, with a deadline of next Monday, April 14th at 5p ET, we're opening up a fresh API endpoint whereby you can retrieve your own calendar's upcoming events in JSON format, then restyle to your heart's content.
